How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow one day for your order(s) to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
What about the shipping time?
Shipping times depend on where you are located. Our courier indicates but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery while longer for international shipping.
We offer expedited shipping in the US and UK. Shipping time is usually within 2 days after the order is fulfilled.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order(s) has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the tracking number, which you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order(s) within three days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after confirmed delivery of order(s) if and only if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order(s) arrives damaged in any way, kindly e-mail us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Although we address these on a case-by-case basis, we will do our best to work with you toward a satisfactory solution.
