Shipping times depend on where you are located. Our courier indicates but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery while longer for international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order(s) has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the tracking number, which you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after confirmed delivery of order(s) if and only if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order(s) arrives damaged in any way, kindly e-mail us as soon as possible at info@aboundlifestyle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Although we address these on a case-by-case basis, we will do our best to work with you toward a satisfactory solution.
